I strongly recommend NOT getting this book for an e-reader. It's almost useless in that format (I'm not sure if this review applies only to that or also physical copies so I'm not rating it lower). The logic puzzle portions are terrible on an e-reader- they're tiny, stretch across way to many pages, and you obviously can't scribble on them. It's not the fault of the book but a huge limitation of the medium... just get a physical copy.Additionally- and this is a critique of the writing itself- it sometimes bounces around unhelpfully between different problem sets and uses an example from pages ago when it should just have followed directly.
This book does the job! My wife is currently is studying to take the LSAT and this book series is very helpful in helping her grasp the concept of the test. Plenty of content in each book for practice testing!
This book SAVED ME. Seriously, eliminating all the technical jargon made it so user friendly. I bought so many tools for the LSAT and this was the best. Buy this and a book of practice LSATs and you're set!
There are errors in the logic games section. Actually wasted many hours trying to understand where I was going wrong. Had to purchase the "Logic Games" bible instead. Poor product, do not waste your money. Will be looking to get a refund.
Easy to read, great LSAT tips. Some info is out of date (regarding testing options). It can be used as a great reference in conjunction with other study materials. It does break info down into an easy to understand format
Very helpful for improving LSAT score.
This book probably did more for me than any of the other books I used. At the very least, the facts about how the score breaks down and can be maximized made me feel better going into the test. That counts for a lot. It also includes tips and guides for the entire LSAC-backed application and admissions process.
Not the easiest to understand but definitely is thorough. I haven't tried any other prep books but I definitely feel like I will need to supplement this with another book.
