Personally, I really enjoy reading this book.All of the Low Carb, Atkins, Ketogenic, Paleo, Instant Pot recipes, tips and guides that I need to know about how to prepare healthy food for my family and stay healthy are already included and well-illustrated inside. Tiffany Shelton is a master chef on this topic.What I love the most from the book is all recipes. They are very delicious, quick to prepare and well guided.
I never usу the Instant Pot before. This book helped me to understand the basics of it. I like an simple, homemade recipes here. Ingredient list and cooking directions are super clear and easy to understand, which is a big deal since the different models of the instant pot have variances in what we see on the front panel buttons and this book covers all the details.Thanks for another great tool for the low-carb journey!

I was very satisfied when I purchased this cookbook. This book also contains recipe index and measurement conversion. I think this book is complete guide to low-carb word. All recipes are very delicious. It has ingredients which are very effective. I really liked this book and would recommend anyone who needs such type of information.
We have only made five recipes from this book so far. Both my 15 year old daughter made with no problems. It is nice to be more familiar with the instapot. It sure makes life easier. You can adapt the recipes to be baked as well if you don't want to use your instantpot.
This cookbook is very nice. I have only had it a little over a week and I have made the shrimp with coconut milk, chicken vindaloo, chocolate mousse, and quick Brussels. It is wonderful. I love it. The foods fit perfectly with my new low carb lifestyle. I highly recommend anything that Tiffany does such as "Low-Carb Instant Pot Cookbook" and “Vegetarian Instant Potâ€.
